In 1984 Nella M. Pardo was a clinician who brought decades of experience in all facets of home care to DMR. Her experience was second only to her compassionate desire to help others, especially the disabled. Angel Nello Pardo later added his innovative, out of the box thinking to make possible what may seem impossible to others. It was through their combined efforts that DMR came to be.
DMR realizes that it’s the service after the sale that makes the difference. It is our Service Department that has kept our clients coming back for the past twenty three (23) years. Our technicians are factory trained and certified by all of the manufacturers we represent. |
DMR was founded in 1984 in Miami, Florida to meet the growing needs of the South Florida community. Started as a durable medical equipment provider, soon afterwards the growing and challenging needs of the disabled community became a priority. Today DMR is an Assistive & Rehab Technology Provider and a member of The MED Group serving the disabled community Florida and its international clients for the past twenty three (23) years. DMR primarily provides CUSTOM Wheelchairs and Seating, our Rehab Specialist participate in the wheelchair evaluation along with the client’s clinicians. Thus allowing us to provide each client with the most appropriate CUSTOM Wheelchair, but that’s not the most important thing we provide. DMR believes that the most important thing we provide our clients with the POSSIBILITIES that appropriate seating and mobility offers.
